Ham and Rice Casserole

2 cups cooked rice
1cup diced cooked ham
½ cup diced celery
½ cup frozen green peas
½ cup minced onion
1 (10 ¾ ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Ritz crackers, crushed for topping
Melted butter or margarine.

Combine all ingredients except cracker and butter.  Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole.  Mix crushed crackers and melted butter; sprinkle on top of top of casserole.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
